And since fitness is intensity dependent, not time dependent, we have integrated MYZONE technology to accurately measure and monitor every ounce of the effort that you’re putting in!

MYZONE is an innovative heart rate based system that uses wireless and cloud technology to accurately monitor physical activity. It monitors heart rate, calories and duration and converts them into Effort Points. MYZONE users wear a comfortable MYZONE Physical Activity Belt (heart rate strap), which is registered online, to monitor all concerted physical activity in real time, in and outside the club.

With nearly 60 group classes offered each week, you’re sure to find an activity you enjoy. Small group training classes are also available at our Bethlehem gym, and class sizes are limited to 4-8 people.
