The Running Club meets Saturdays at 9AM.
Trainer and marathoner, John
Stefanowicz will be leading the club
and teaching participants how to run
and train properly, while minimizing
the risk of injury. Running will
take place at Sand Island and the
Lehigh University track.
Our new Walking Club
meets on Mondays at 5PM. Participants will be
walking at Sand Island as well as on
various paths throughout Bethlehem
for approximately one to two miles.
The benefits of walking include
managing your weight, improving your
mood, lowering blood pressure and
staying fit.
Come and meet new friends and enjoy
some time outdoors.
Both clubs are open to members and
non-members.
