21 Day Weight Loss
  
This free weight loss program for non-members to get integrated into the club and begin to build the healthy-living habit. The program requires participants to adhere to the following guidelines:


2 fitness assessments at the beginning and end of the 21-day period
3 visits to the club each week including participation in one group fitness class per week
Attendance at a weekly accountability meeting on Tuesdays at 5PM
Adherence to suggested nutritional guidelines and keeping a daily food and workout log
 
30 minute Abs
  
Create that flat/toned belly you always wanted with this 30 minute abdominal class taught by Michelle Smith. Exerices are targeted to strengthen your core area and lower back muscles. All fitness levels are welcome to attend this exciting new class at Steel Fitness.

Aerobics
  
Aerobics is defined as extended activities that make you breathe hard while using the large muscle groups at a regular, even pace. Aerobic activity trains the heart, lungs and cardiovascular system to process and deliver oxygen more quickly and efficiently to every part of the body. Aerobics is also helpful for weight control. An aerobically fit individual can work longer, more vigorously and achieve a quicker recovery at the end of the aerobic session.
 
Body Sculpt
  
One hour weight training class using dumbbells, body bars, resistance bands and body resistance. All classes will focus on all upper/lower body muscles groups as well as a 15 minute core session at the end. All fitness levels welcome.
 
Butts n Guts
  
Butts n Guts is designed to target your legs, outer and inner thighs, glute muscles, and abdominal area. This 1 hour class is guarenteed to firm up your butts and guts!
 
C.L.I.M.B.
  
This high energy class is a combination of creative agility ladder drills and bootcamp style activities/exercises to work on speed, agility, muscle tone, fat burning and stamina. It is a fun and creative class guaranteed to make you sweat and to keep your interest. Buddy exercises are also used for added motiviation and team building.
 
Core & Strength
  
One-hour long class that is held on the first Saturday of every month and focuses on proper techniques of core training and the appropriate exercises to peform for building up your core area. All fitness levels are encouraged to attend.
 
Dance Aerobics
  
Dancing can burn as many calories as walking, swimming or riding a bicycle. It also provides cardiovascular conditioning, which can lead to a slower heart rate, lower blood pressure and an improved cholesterol profile. And dancing contains a social component that solitary fitness endeavors don't! Whether you have two left feet or just want to learn a few steps, we have a class for you.
 
Extreme Abs
  
A 30-minute class devoted solely to tightening up the abdominal/core zone. All levels welcome! Expect results!
 
Hip Hop

Hip Hop/Funk
  
High intensity/Low Impact aerobic class designed to raise one’s heart rate while learning modern dance moves. All fitness levels welcome!
 
Intervals
  
30 minute super high intensity consisting of plyometrics, body weight exercises, military exercises and stations. Please keep in mind there is only 15 second rest periods between each interval for the full 30 minutes. Class will be taught by general manager mike Kramer who has over 10 years experience teaching this style class.

High intensity/Low Impact aerobic class designed to raise one’s heart rate while learning modern dance moves. All fitness levels welcome
 
Kickboxing
  
Kick and punch your way to fitness! Our workout is designed for cardiovascular and muscular endurance and combines aerobics and body toning while learning self-defense. Our classes blend boxing, martial arts, and sports conditioning drills. With music and the energy of a group fitness setting and it’s a fast paced, fun packed workout!
 
Pilates
  
This class offers a body balancing system that strengthens, lengthens, realigns and defines your body. Pilates is an exercise-based system that aims to develop the body's "centre" in order to create a stable core for all types of movement. Eventually the body will move with maximum efficiency and minimum effort. Postural changes as well as increased flexibility are only a few of the benefits Pilates provides.
 
Piloxing
  
A Pilates class and a high intensity Kickboxing class all blended together to create Piloxing!
 
Power Pump
  
This 60-minute class is devoted to sculpting each of the major muscle groups using both body resistance and free weights.

Spin 2 Trx
  
Spin 2 TRX offers the experience of a Spin class and our new TRX Training band. Trx is a new category of exercise for athletes of all abilities, that leverages one’s own bodyweight and gravity to develop strength, balance, flexibility and joint stability simultaneously. Spinning is an aerobic exercise that is performed to music on specially designed stationary bikes. This concept was created by a world-class bicyclist named Jonny G as a method of training for races. Spinning is also an excellent calorie burner, using about 600 calories in an hour.

STEEL Express
  
ATTAK EXPRESS is a 30-minute small group workout for anyone that incorporates the use of free weights, commercial resistance training machines, stability balls, medicine balls, mat exercises, bosu balance trainers and more. All aspects of fitness are addressed in just 30 minutes and you will feel the results immediately.
This dynamic workout combines cardiovascular and strength training and is taught by our degreed and certified trainers. ATTAK EXPRESS is a high quality express workout (Curves Style) which is creative, fun and effective. BUT, unlike other express workouts, ATTAK adds variation and progression from session to session with high quality equipment. You will not hit a ceiling and you will not get bored!

Step
  
Step training is a variation of stair climbing in which a raised platform - or step - is employed to perform a number of routines. These step patterns ensure a high intensity workout - 30% more body fat metabolized than in traditional aerobics. However these are still low impact exercises that place only mild stress on the feet and joints. We offer programs for all fitness levels, join a class today!
 
Strength Circuit
  
Alternating circuits of weight training exercises and jumping rope to build muscle, burn fat and blast calories. Total body workout.

Class designed to focus on strengthening all core and lower back muscles and improving one’s muscle endurance. Stretching exercises focus on flexibility improvements and implementation of new stretching techniques. All fitness levels welcome.

Walking Club
  
Participants will be walking at Sand Island as well as on various paths throughout Bethlehem for approximately one to two miles. The benefits of walking include managing your weight, improving your mood, lowering blood pressure and staying fit.

Yoga provides many physical and mental benefits including improved physical fitness, mental clarity, stress control and general well-being. Yoga also increases strength by toning the muscles. Each class is designed to build strength and flexibility; and inspire peace and tranquility. Zumba integrates some of the basic principles of aerobic, interval, and resistance training to maximize caloric output, cardiovascular beneifts, and total body toning. The cardio-based dance movements are easy-to-follow steps that include body sculpting, which targets areas such as the gluteals, legs, arms,core, abdominals and the most important muscle in the body, the
