| Aerobics |
| |
Aerobics is defined as extended activities that make you breathe hard while using the large muscle groups at a regular, even pace. Aerobic activity trains the heart, lungs and cardiovascular system to process and deliver oxygen more quickly and efficiently to every part of the body. Aerobics is also helpful for weight control. An aerobically fit individual can work longer, more vigorously and achieve a quicker recovery at the end of the aerobic session.

| One hour weight training class using dumbbells, body bars, resistance bands and body resistance. All classes will focus on all upper/lower body muscles groups as well as a 15 minute core session at the end. All fitness levels welcome. |

| This high energy class is a combination of creative agility ladder drills and bootcamp style activities/exercises to work on speed, agility, muscle tone, fat burning and stamina. Spinning is an aerobic exercise that is performed to music on specially designed stationary bikes. This concept was created by a world-class bicyclist named Jonny G as a method of training for races. Spinning is also an excellent calorie burner, using about 600 calories in an hour. |

| Step training is a variation of stair climbing in which a raised platform - or step - is employed to perform a number of routines.
