Seminar: Tuesday May 5th at 5PM  "Why My Body Doesn't Change"

This will be the first in a series of seminars offered to our members at Steel Fitness. Pat McFerren, a Personal Trainer, Pilates and Yoga Instructor will be discussing this interesting subject, which will help you understand and realize things you may be overlooking in your workouts. A question and answer session will follow.
