Tom Fenstermacher earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and Nutrition from West Chester University.
Tom has been in the fitness industry for over 12 years. He started his career and his company as an in-home personal trainer and has grown his business into one of the top fitness companies in the Philadelphia region. FACTS Fitness operates and manages five facilities including Steel Fitness in Bethlehem and Ellis Athletic Center in Newtown Square, PA.
Tom believes that fitness is a field where he can make a difference for individuals and the industry and he strives to do that in each phase of FACTS Fitness, parent company of Steel Fitness.

| Jason Sell - General Manager |

Jason Sell was born and raised in Bethlehem, PA. He graduated from Bethlehem Catholic H.S. and went on to achieve Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from DeSales University. He has been a basketball player and competitive athlete for most of his life. “It's a lifestyle for me, and this passion eventually led me into the health and fitness industry,” said Jason. He is currently a AAAI/ISMA certified personal trainer and has been a manager in the fitness industry for about 6 years now.
“I enjoy motivating people and seeing he or she pursue and achieve their fitness goals. The great thing about fitness is that it's about self-improvement, it's "you vs you"! | Kyle Peters - Head Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Manager |

| Kyle graduated from DeSales University in 2005 majoring in Sports Management. While at DeSales, he played baseball and participated in the 2003 Division III College World Series. He continued his education at East Stroudsburg University where he earned a Masters degree in Sports Management. Kyle has over 5 years experience in performance training, athletic training, and personal training. He is also a professional rescuer in first aid and CPR. |

Jenn Washburn graduated from Health Options Institute. Her certifications include Mad Dogg Spin Instructor, AFFA Instructor and she is a National Certified Massage Therapist. Jenn has been in the fitness field for 10 years and enjoys helping others create a healthy lifestyle.
Jenn’s hobbies include competing in 5K races and half marathons. She enjoys spending time outdoors and with her family.

Amy's passion for fitness and nutrition has grown over the past 6 years - so much so that she decided to follow her dream. She decided to pursue her ISSA personal training certification so she could help others improve their lives through exercise and proper nutrition. Amy feels that fitness should be viewed as an all-around healthy lifestyle which includes balanced nutrition, resistance training, and cardiovascular exercise. In her spare time, she enjoys crafting new healthy recipes as well as a new found hobby of fitness model competitions. Amy has placed in the top 5 numerous times with two first place winnings.

Julianne has a degree in Nutrition Studies from Seton Hill University. Her
Certifications include NETA- Group Fitness Instructor, NETA- Personal Trainer. She has chosen fitness as a career to be healthy, defy aging, and to share her knowledge with others.
Julianne's hobbies include competing in 5K and 10k runs, Triathlons, Natural Body Building. She took 4th place Cardinal Classic 2007- Women Overall category.

| Edit Szabo' - Yoga Instructor |

Edit’s “Stretch-and-Flow” approach to yoga practice combines hatha’s deep stretching with the fluidity of ashtanga – appropriately modified to an individual’s experience and limitations. She earned her 200-hour certification at Jai Yoga in 2007. Edit is also nearing completion of her BA in elementary education from East Stroudsburg University, a process she began in her native Hungary before moving to the US in 2002.

| James Rundatz - Personal Trainer |

James Rundatz graduated from Westchester University with a BA in Exercise Science, minoring in Nutrition. His certifications include American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), CPR and First Aid.
James was a 4 year Varsity starter for West Chester University baseball team (top 5 ranked team in division two baseball in country). He trained athletes for various sports at West Chester as well as helped run and operate the University’s gym.
He trains anyone from young athletes to breast cancer survivors. James also has experience with in home personal training, helping those who are unable to leave their homes. |

| John Stefanowicz is currently attending Lehigh Carbon Community College pursuing an Associate's degree in Physical Education. Although he was born in Doylestown PA, John grew up in Billings MT where he played football and baseball throughout his high school career. John's certifications include I.S.S.A. and CPR. On his free time John enjoys playing outdoor sports, going to concerts and watching the World Champion Phillies. |

Charles was born and raised in Bethlehem, Pa. He graduated from Northampton Community College with an Associates degree in General Education.
He possesses a certification in CPR/AED from Red Cross. He is also the head coach of the Bethlehem Special Olympics 5 on 5 Basketball Team. He has a vast knowledge of fitness and training techniques from his life experiences. He grew up playing basketball, football, and running track and field.
Steel Fitness was a great opportunity for Charles considering his passion for sports and living a healthy lifestyle.

Jacqueline is a certified personal trainer, aerobics instructor and gravity instructor. Throughout her 12 years working in the fitness field, she has helped thousands to reach and maintain their goals.
A native of New Jersy, Jacqueline has recently relocated to Saylorsburg, PA. Jacqueline is also a certified hypnotherapist and works with individuals to elimated negative habits such as smoking and overeating. She has also appeared in off broadway theatre in New York City

She is a proud mother of two and enjoys spending time with her family. Caren is an advocate for children with special needs and is also an animal lover. She enjoys living a healthy lifestyle and especially enjoys the spin classes as Steel Fitness.
Caren opens the gym every morning, if you stop in early you are sure to be greeted with a big smile.

Matt is a 2010 graduate of Allentown Central Catholic High School where he
played Varsity Football and Track & Field. He is currently attending Penn State University of the Lehigh Valley and is majoring in psychology. Matt’s hobbies include watching football specifically the 6-time champion Pittsburgh Steelers,watching mafia movies, working out, his flag football team at Penn State, and spending time with his friends. Matt is very helpful, he loves to help others out and meet new people.

Kelly is a Air Force Wife of 29 years and mother of two with one grandson. She has traveled all around the world with her husband in the 20 years during his time in the US Air Force. She now lives in Bath PA. Kelly is the one who keeps the gym looking clean. She makes sure when things go wrong that they get fixed as soon as possible so that the members are not inconvenience. Kelly is very out going and good with the members. She always has a smile for everyone. She has always loved working out it just makes you feel good!!
Kelly loves to power walk and ride her Harley with her husband. She also loves to spend as much time with her family and friends as she can.

| After graduating from college with a degree in theatre, Megan landed her first acting internship. Requirements for interns included weekly yoga. For Megan, the very first class was life changing! She instantly immersed herself in the practice and received her 200-hour RYT Teacher Training through the Yoga Loft of Bethlehem in 2008. She continues to study with several well-loved national teachers, including Seane Corn, with whom she completed a Vinyasa Flow Teacher Training and additional Leadership Training programs, integrating yoga with activism. Megan enjoys brining her passion to Steel Fitness where her classes are enjoyed by many. |

Terrell Morton is a versatile trainer with experience in various training areas including athletic performance, fitness and weight loss, coaching, group training, physical rehabilitation and more.
Terrell graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from East Stroudsburg University in 2006. During his time at ESU, Terrell played defensive back for the football team. He credits most of his fitness experience and knowledge to his involvement in sports.
After earning his undergraduate degree, he interned as a strength and conditioning coach at the University of Florida. While there, Terrell worked with the football, baseball, volleyball and swim teams. After his internship, he continued his education in Exercise Science at the University of South Florida. Terrell is now an elite trainer at Steel Fitness.

Trainer Joe Gigliotti holds certification from the ISSA as a Certified Fitness Trainer and has 8 years of experience in business and fitness. Joe has an athletic background in tennis, swimming and running and now focuses on strength training and outdoor workouts that challenge the body and also keep exercise fun.
Joe Likes to energize clients with challenging circuits that include strength training, aerobic conditioning, balance, coordination and mental focus. Joe also uses strategic meal planning programs and nutritional guidance based on clients goals.
