FREE 21-Day Weight Loss Program
Research has proven that it takes 21 days to create a
habit, including the fitness habit. We have created a free,
fitness-based weight loss program that with your commitment
and discipline, along with our motivational encouragement,
is guaranteed to get you started on a journey to a healthy
lifestyle.
This free weight loss program for non-members to get
integrated into the club and begin to build the
healthy-living habit. The program requires participants to
adhere to the following guidelines:
- 2 fitness assessments at the beginning and end of the 21-day period
- 3 visits to the club each week including participation in one group fitness class per week
- Attendance at a weekly accountability meeting on Tuesdays at 5PM
- Adherence to suggested nutritional guidelines and keeping a daily food and workout log
The weekly meeting will include a weigh-in, mini seminar
by a certified and degreed personal trainer, question and
answer session and group testimonials.
Cost of the Weight Loss Program: Free with the participant's
adherence to specified guidelines including club attendance,
classes, meeting and food/workout logs.
