| Research has proven that it takes 21 days to create a
habit, including the fitness habit. We have created a free,
fitness-based weight loss program that with your commitment
and discipline, along with our motivational encouragement,
is guaranteed to get you started on a journey to a healthy
lifestyle. This program is for both members and non-members. The program requires participants to
adhere to the following guidelines:
- 2 fitness assessments at the beginning and end of
the 21-day period
- 3 visits to the club each week including
participation in one group fitness class per week
- Attendance at a weekly accountability meeting.
- Adherence to suggested nutritional guidelines and
keeping a daily food and workout log
The weekly meeting will include a weigh-in, mini seminar
by a certified and degreed personal trainer, question and
answer session and group testimonials.
